Baken wants you to cook 3 things that will be our signature food. What you have to cook:
1. Original Croquembouche
2. Passion Fruit Panna Cotta
3. Blueberry New York Cheesecake
The winner, doesn't only get the claim to our signature dish. The winner gets to attend baking training in
Verona, Italy
July until August 2015 (yes, a month!)
Our baking training is held by our branch in Verona: BAKEN ITALY
And you will be taught by master baker Veruca Pascal (President of European Baker Association)
